HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience requiredSkills:
Current State License as a Physical Therapist- Required Proof of current CPR certification
- Required Current driver's license. Must have reliable transportation and insurance
- Required 1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
- Required Previous home care experience
