As part of our growth, Local Point is hiring Physical Therapists to provide care within Health House, a collaborative wellness-focused environment that brings together healthcare and wellness professionals under one roof. Who We're Looking For We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Physical Therapist who is passionate about patient care, values professional autonomy, and thrives in a wellness-focused environment. The ideal candidate has strong and detailed evaluation skills , advanced manual therapy training, and understands the importance of creating an outstanding patient experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who is tired of productivity pressures and wants the freedom to treat patients thoroughly and effectively. Required Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in North Carolina Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience preferred Certified in Dry Needling Strong manual therapy skills and treatment philosophy Excellent orthopedic evaluation and differential diagnosis abilities Outstanding communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage patient relationships professionally Passion for delivering exceptional, patient-centered care What We Offer Flexible schedule with a minimum commitment of 8 hours weekly Opportunity to build a thriving caseload up to full-time if desired Private treatment room within a professional wellness studio environment Access to studio and exercise space for movement-based treatments and client education Electronic Medical Record (EMR), HIPPA compliant patient chat, scheduling, billing, and documentation systems provided Administrative support to help streamline day-to-day operations Access to potential clients through our wellness studio community and proximity to an established fitness facility Collaborative environment alongside physical therapists and other wellness professionals Access to wellness and recovery modalities available within the studio Freedom to practice according to your training, expertise, and clinical judgment Competitive contractor compensation Opportunity to grow your client base while benefiting from Local Point's marketing and community presence A culture that prioritizes quality care, meaningful client relationships, and professional fulfillment over volume and productivity metrics
