Qualifications:

Active, valid Physical Therapy license in the state Experience delivering PT services in school settings preferred Comfort working with children and young adults ages 522 Knowledge of therapeutic interventions for students with severe and profound disabilities Strong communication and collaboration skills with educational staff, students, and families Ability to maintain accurate documentation and IEP goal tracking

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services to students according to their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Assess, plan, and implement treatment programs tailored to student needs within the school environment Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes and access to education Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations for appropriate services and supports Support staff with training and resources for effective integration of PT interventions Adapt service delivery and caseload as student needs evolve Experience the satisfaction of helping students achieve their fullest potential, while developing your skills alongside other dedicated professionals.
