# Physical Therapist Warsaw Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for a rehabilitation therapy assignment in Warsaw, North Carolina. The position is based at 214 Lanefield Road, Warsaw, North Carolina 28398. This is a 13-week assignment with five eight-hour day shifts per week. The supplied assignment requirements state that the therapist must be able to float between Hertford and Windsor, North Carolina, and must have skilled nursing facility experience. ##
