Liberty Health is seeking a Regional Travel Physical Therapist to deliver person-centered rehabilitation services across multiple sites. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve function, independence, and quality of life. You will travel regionally to support varied caseloads in behavioral health, developmental disability, and correctional healthcare settings, documenting progress, educating patients and caregivers, and contributing to data-driven quality improvement initiatives while upholding Liberty's values of integrity and accountability.
