Job Description
Essentia Health seeks an Occupational Therapist / Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered rehabilitation services across our integrated health system. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, design individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families on home programs, and document care in an EMR.
