You'll collaborate with an exceptional team of healthcare professionals who are committed to excellence, while building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members. What You'll Do Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for residents and patients Help individuals improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide the highest quality care Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and progress Contribute to a positive, supportive, and resident-centered environment Qualifications Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of Nebraska Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability Passion for improving the lives of others Why Join Highland Park Care Center?
