Deliver physical therapy services that promote strength, mobility, balance, and independence. Work closely with nursing staff, physicians, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members. Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises, safety practices, and mobility techniques. Maintain accurate documentation and support positive clinical outcomes. Qualifications Current Nebraska Physical Therapist license required. Strong commitment to delivering person-centered care. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Passion for helping others reach their highest potential. Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings is welcomed but not required.
