1 Year Minimum About the Role We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient for a 13-week contract in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. The Physical Therapist will provide outpatient rehabilitation services focused on improving patient mobility, function, strength, and overall independence. The PT must hold an active Nebraska license and be comfortable supporting other units, departments, or patient care areas when needed based on staffing and operational requirements. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations, rehabilitation needs, and individualized therapy goals. Develop and implement patient-specific physical therapy treatment plans in an outpatient setting. Provide therapeutic interventions designed to improve mobility, strength, function, and independence. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical response and functional outcomes. Support other qualified patient care areas as needed based on staffing requirements and clinical competency. Requirements Outpatient Physical Therapy Experience Required; Less Than 1 Year of Experience Accepted Per Requisition. Current, Active Nebraska Physical Therapist License Required. Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers Certification Required. Ability to Work the Required Day-Shift Schedule and Maintain a 40-Hour Workweek Required. Ability to Float to Other Appropriate Units, Departments, or Patient Care Areas Based on Operational Needs Required.
