Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and complex medical diagnoses Utilize therapeutic exercises and modalities to optimize patient recovery and function Document patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Educate patients and families on therapy routines and home programs Support facility protocols and compliance standardsWhat You Need:
Valid Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire or eligible for licensure Experience in inpatient or outpatient settings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team CPR certification (or willing to obtain) About theAssignment:
