                    • Provide outpatient physical therapy to adult patients with a variety of musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiovascular needs
                    • Conduct 30
                    • to 45-minute evaluations and treatment sessions, treating one patient at a time
                    • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent injuries
                    • Utilize standard PT modalities (Estim, USD) and device-specific therapies
                    • Care for diverse patient populations, including post-surgical recovery, chronic illness management, and injury prevention
                    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
                    • Maintain documentation and progress reports for each patient
                    What You Need Required:
                    • Valid NH State License as a Physical Therapist
                    • BLS certification
                    • Prior outpatient PT experience (preferred)
                    • Ability to work independently with excellent patient care skills
                    Preferred:
                    • Experience with a variety of therapy modalities and patient demographics
