Job Summary :

Our client is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality patient care through comprehensive assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services. The PT will develop individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with the healthcare team to support optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional abilities. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Educate patients and families on exercises, recovery, and home programs. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Maintain patient safety and follow clinical standards.

Qualifications :

Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience - Required . Current Physical Therapist license - Required Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team. How to
