Our therapy services team is committed to restoring mobility, function, and quality of life through evidence‑based practice, individualized care plans, and a collaborative, patient‑centered approach. Our outpatient Physical Therapists work with advanced equipment, experienced clinicians, and strong interdisciplinary support to deliver exceptional care. About the Job Provides physical therapy services to outpatients and/or inpatients of all ages—from adolescents to adults and geriatrics—with occasional developmentally based exceptions depending on clinical need. What You'll Do Evaluate patients using subjective data, objective measures, clinical assessment, prognosis, and function‑based goals, establishing effective and individualized treatment plans. Implement and modify patient‑specific treatment programs to support functional progress and long‑term outcomes. Develop and deliver patient and family education, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize engagement and understanding. Document all clinical findings, plans, and progress in the electronic medical record in a timely and accurate manner. Complete all required insurance and third‑party payer information. Provide clinical supervision to new staff members and/or affiliating students as assigned. Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and support staff to ensure coordinated and effective treatment. Maintain clinical competency and utilize equipment and techniques appropriate to training and experience. Demonstrate excellent customer service and support a safe and positive patient experience. Who You Are Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current (or pending) New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required. CPR Certification. Experience in outpatient PT preferred (1-2 years). Graston Technique Lymphedema Certification Dry Needling Strong time‑management, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to provide safe patient handling and demonstrate appropriate physical and clinical judgment.
