Job Description

As part of our mission to pave the way for children's success worldwide, Therapy Source is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to provide in-person services for public school students. This position is for the current school year.
Physical Therapist Salary Range:
$68•$78 per hour
Physical Therapist Position Details:
Part-Time (3 Days/week) 1 Day/week split between the High School and Eisenhower Intermediate School 1 Day/week•all day at Middle School 1 Day/week•split between
Hillside Intermediate School and Hamilton Primary School Hours High School Hours:
8:00•3:00
Intermediate School Hours:
8:00•2:25
Primary School Hours:
9: 20•3:40 Currently, there are around 20 students that need services (many require consultation services Rates are direct and indirect time, so you are paid even if students are absent or refuse services as long as you are at the school Physical Therapist Qualifications Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey School Certification in the state of New Jersey Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Physical Therapist Responsibilities May Include:
Evaluating students to determine eligibility and need for physical therapy services Enhancing students' academic abilities by using a variety of techniques and/or therapeutic intervention strategies Providing appropriate therapeutic services Preparing Evaluation Reports Developing and implementing IEPs and 504 Plans Performing all related work, documentation, and reporting as required Attending a school team or IEP meetings as necessary Enjoy scheduling flexibility, impressive hourly rates, and amazing support from our dedicated account team!
