Physical Therapist I: Per Diem Days (3 days x 8hrs), Atlantic Rehab Clark

Atlantic Health is seeking two (2) skilled and compassionate per diem outpatient Physical Therapists to join our team in our Clark, NJ location, three (3) days per week (M, W from 11a-7p, and F 9a-5p). (1) Per Diem for general Ortho (1) Per Diem for Lymph

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans
  • Collaborate with physicians, and fellow rehab team members
  • Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care
  • Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed
Principal Accountabilities:
Essential functions include patient evaluation, establishing plans of care and treatment programs, providing interventions, providing patient and family education, documenting interventions, and billing appropriately. Supports Lead Clinicians in competency development and implementation. Participates in the orientation of new staff members, serves as a clinical instructor for students, exercises independent judgement of moderately complex cases and with minimal to no supervision.
Required:
1. New Jersey License to practice Physical Therapy. 2. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy academic program 3. For the Lymph position, CLT/CDT is required.
Preferred:
1. New Grads Welcomed (for Ortho); 1-3 years of lymph experience (CLT/CDT required) 2. 1-3 years of orthopedic experience as a Physical Therapist hospital-based outpatient setting; 3. Oncology Clinical Specialist preferred for Lymph Position
