Responsibilities Provide individualized physical therapy treatments Deliver primarily one-on-one patient care , with an emphasis on quality over volume Develop strong relationships with patients and create a positive, encouraging treatment environment Perform therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions within the PT's scope of practice Educate patients on exercises, home programs, injury prevention, and strategies to support long-term recovery Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with the physical therapy team to ensure continuity and consistency of care Contribute to a welcoming, professional, and positive clinic culture What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program Current state PT license or eligibility for licensure Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, professional, and compassionate A team player who is willing to learn and grow Someone who takes pride in providing high-quality, individualized care New graduates are welcome to apply Why Bounce Back Physical Therapy?
