Key Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist with Encompass Rehabilitation Center, your primary responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing individualized physical therapy treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and abilities, focusing on pain relief and functional improvements. Conducting thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities through diagnostic and prognostic evaluations including muscle, nerve, joint, and functional ability tests. Supervising and mentoring Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure adherence to prescribed treatment protocols and enhance the quality of patient care.
