CentraState is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions. This position emphasizes patient-centered care, functional rehabilitation, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to help patients regain optimal mobility and function. Strong communication skills, clinical reasoning, and a commitment to evidence-based practice are essential. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations. Develop and implement customized treatment plans. Educate patients and families on home exercises and injury prevention. Document patient progress and adjust treatment as needed. Collaborate with referring providers and clinical team members. Maintain compliance with regulatory and documentation standards. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree. Current state licensure or eligibility. Experience in an outpatient setting preferred. Strong manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills.
