What We're Looking For Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for NJ licensure) Someone with genuine warmth and presence who can put nervous patients at ease, and help create the kind of atmosphere people talk about A team player who wants to help foster real community connection, not just clock in and out Dry needling certification is a great asset. It's not required, but a strong plus No specific board certifications needed- we're far more interested in your bedside manner and clinical judgment than your credentials

Why This Role Is Different A real, manageable treatment model- 2 patients per hour, seen every 30 minutes, with zero double-booking. You'll never be pulled in three directions at once. You'll have competent, dedicated PT techs to support your caseload so you can focus on hands-on care, not busywork and never be pulled in three directions at once. Full 60-minute evaluations
- real time to build a plan and a relationship from day one. 2 private treatment rooms in a clinic sized for connection, not volume. Deep, genuine community roots
- we work with local high schools, community lecturers, and local charities. Patients here are neighbors, and we treat them that way. Flexible scheduling across our 7 AM-7 PM clinic hours (Mon/Wed/Thu evenings, Tue/Thu mornings, with possible Saturdays) so we can build a schedule around real life

Posted Salary Range:
USD $80,000.00- USD $90,000.
