Part time but potential full time positions are open. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping clients achieve their health and mobility goals through tailored physical training and advanced fascial stretching techniques. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing clients' overall well-being, reducing pain, and improving functional movement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment dedicated to holistic health, where your skills will make a meaningful difference in people's lives. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify individual needs, limitations, and goals. Develop personalized training programs that incorporate deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and fascial stretching techniques. Deliver hands-on therapy sessions focused on pain management, mobility enhancement, and injury prevention. Educate clients on physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to their treatment plans. Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting programs as needed to optimize outcomes. Maintain detailed records of patient service activities, assessments, and treatment notes with professionalism and confidentiality. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client questions or concerns promptly. Contributing to The Movement Lab brand and overall vision by becoming part of our team. Experience Proven experience in patient service, with a strong background in physical training or fascial stretch therapy. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to effectively assess and treat clients. Skilled in deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy techniques for effective pain relief. Prior experience in customer service roles within wellness or healthcare settings is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to educate clients on health topics and motivate them toward their wellness goals. Certification or licensing as a Fascial Stretch Therapist or equivalent is preferred; ongoing professional development is encouraged.
