Conveniently located just minutes away from major transit hubs—including the Hoboken PATH station, NJ Transit trains/buses, and the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail —our clinic is easily accessible for commuters from Jersey City, Manhattan, and the surrounding areas. We are building something intentional—high-touch care, exceptional outcomes, and a modern clinical experience. We're looking for a clinician who wants to be part of a practice that feels more like a premium performance and recovery studio than a traditional clinic. Transit, and Light Rail networks . What You'll Do Deliver elite care : Provide high-quality, individualized rehab care using hands-on manual therapy as a core part of treatment. Treat active cases : Manage a clinical caseload focused heavily on orthopedics, sports injuries, weekend warriors, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Educate & motivate : Utilize strong client communication skills to educate patients clearly about their treatment plans and motivate long-term adherence to therapy protocols. Efficient record keeping : Maintain exceptional outpatient therapy documentation standards by utilizing our modern EMR/EHR systems for fast, accurate record keeping. Collaborate & scale : Partner with a tight-knit, growth-focused clinical team to help shape practice systems and culture.
Who We're Looking For Licensure :
Active Licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey (in good standing) — Required .
Experience :
Minimum 3+ years of orthopedic clinical experience is preferred, but we are highly willing to train and mentor passionate new graduates .
Clinical Background :
Prior experience or strong comfort working with specialized populations, including orthopedics, sports injuries, weekend warriors, and post-surgical rehabilitation preferred.
Skills :
Strong manual therapy skills, robust clinical reasoning with a performance/movement-based mindset, and excellent verbal communication.
Environment :
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-touch outpatient setting.
Schedule Status :
Full-Time (40 hours per week).
Hours :
Monday through Friday (No weekend hours required).

Competitive fixed base salary ( $90,000 - $105,000 / year ) alongside incentive-based pay depending on patient volume and the quality of care provided.
