NJ DDD / delayed developmental disability, Medicare Part B, commercial PPO, and cash-pay visits. This is outpatient therapy in the home or day hab — not a Medicare home-health agency. No OASIS. PTs Pay:

W-2 is biweekly (work two weeks, paid the following Friday). New W-2 per diem clinicians can take a $500-$1,000 visit advance after the first completed work week; it is deducted from paycheck #2. 1099 contractors are paid weekly after signed notes.
