The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of physiotherapy practices, with a focus on delivering patient-centered care across diverse settings. This role offers the opportunity to work in an outpatient office environment, providing essential rehabilitative services to improve patient mobility, function, and quality of life. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to evidence-based practice. We are committed to delivering a true premium patient experience through dedicated 1‑on‑1 therapy sessions that prioritize individualized attention and exceptional clinical outcomes. Duties Assess patients' physical conditions through detailed evaluations, including physiology and anatomy knowledge, to develop personalized care plans. Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and exercise programs tailored to individual needs. Collaborate with orthopedic surgery team to coordinate discharge planning and ensure continuity of care across in the outpatient office setting. Manage patient progress by adjusting treatment strategies based on clinical outcomes and evolving needs. Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic medical record (EMR) systems while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations. Educate patients and their families on physiotherapy techniques, injury prevention, and recovery strategies to promote active participation in rehabilitation. Contribute to the development of care plans that address specific conditions such as Orthopedics, and post-surgical recovery. Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practices and integrate new techniques like trigger point therapy into treatment protocols. Skills Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy relevant to musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular systems. Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation standards within EMR systems. Experience working in an outpatient office setting preferred Familiarity with discharge planning processes and community care coordination for seamless patient transitions. Expertise in physiotherapy modalities including manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and orthopedic rehabilitation. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to motivate and support diverse populations across age groups such as geriatrics and pediatrics. Knowledge of home & community care practices to facilitate effective outpatient treatment plans.
