Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey Experience supporting children within educational settings, preferably K-8 Competence administering physical therapy evaluations and developing individualized plans Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families Comfort with school documentation and IEP processes

Core Duties:

Conduct approximately 3-4 evaluations as needed, determining service minutes based on each student's results Deliver therapy services (2-3 days per week) tailored to student needs as determined by evaluations Work closely with teachers and school support teams to promote student independence and participation Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and legal guidelines Participate in school-wide initiatives to create a supportive, accessible environment for all students This contract position offers a competitive hourly rate between $56 and $63, with the convenience of W2 employment status.
