This is the pelvic health job many therapists wish they had. About Us PRWC is a cash-pay, multidisciplinary pelvic health clinic in Manalapan, NJ. Our patients come to us for specialized, thorough, compassionate care, and our clinicians have the time and support to deliver it. Schedule 2 to 3 weekday evenings (no Fridays), 3-4 hour shifts starting between 4:00 and 5:00 PM and ending at 7:00 and 8:00 PM (you choose the days, start time and finish time). Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (strongly preferred) Approximately 6 to 13 hours per week to start Room to grow: additional hours are available as your caseload builds, for the right clinician who wants more Compensation and Benefits W-2 employee position Competitive salary for evening and weekend shifts, based on experience and pelvic health certification(s). A team you'll look forward to seeing: a warm, collaborative group of clinicians and staff who genuinely enjoy working together, share knowledge, and support each other's growth A positive, low-drama culture built on kindness, professionalism, and excellent patient care We build your caseload for you: our marketing and physician referral network actively fill your schedule, and your scheduled hours are paid either way Just treat: our front desk handles scheduling, payments, and patient communication 60-minute, one-on-one visits with no quotas, so you can treat the whole patient Motivated patients who are invested in their care and show up ready to work Room to expand your role, including opportunities to lead group classes and grow your hours A schedule that works alongside a full-time position or family commitments What You'll Do Perform comprehensive pelvic floor evaluations, including external and internal (vaginal and rectal) muscle assessment Develop individualized plans of care and treat conditions including: Urinary incontinence, urgency, and frequency Bowel dysfunction, constipation, and fecal incontinence Pelvic pain, vulvodynia, vaginismus, and painful intercourse Pelvic organ prolapse Prenatal and postpartum recovery, including diastasis recti Coccyx, sacroiliac, hip, and low back pain related to pelvic dysfunction Men's pelvic health, including post-prostatectomy care and chronic pelvic pain Pre- and post-operative pelvic surgery rehabilitation Provide manual therapy, including internal and external myofascial release and trigger point release Use biofeedback and neuromuscular re-education (in-house training provided) Prescribe therapeutic exercise, core and breathing retraining, and home exercise programs Educate patients on bladder and bowel habits, posture, body mechanics, and pelvic floor function Complete timely, accurate documentation Communicate with referring physicians and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team What You Bring Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license DPT or equivalent degree Demonstrated pelvic floor experience or advanced training (Herman and Wallace, APTA Pelvic Health, or equivalent). Internal assessment competency is required. Strong clinical reasoning and the ability to work independently A compassionate, professional approach and excellent communication skills CPR certification Bonus Points 1+ years treating pelvic floor patients PRPC, WCS, or CAPP-Pelvic certification Experience with pregnancy, postpartum, or men's health populations Ready to Join Us?
