Home Health Physical Therapist -- Therapist-Owned Private Practice - Medicare Part B RespondPT, a therapist-owned, therapist-led home health company that covers Manalapan, NJ, is looking to hire a Physical Therapist. Our team specializes in one-on-one Medicare Part B physical therapy services provided in patients' homes and independent living communities. Evaluate patients and develop individualized Plans of Care in accordance with Medicare Part B guidelines. Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients' homes and independent living communities. Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as appropriate. Complete accurate and timely documentation using our electronic medical record (EMR) system. Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Reassess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes. Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, clinical excellence, and compassionate patient care. Qualifications Active New Jersey Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing. Experience treating the geriatric population and knowledge of Medicare Part B documentation is preferred but not required. Strong clinical reasoning and independent decision-making skills. Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Laptop or tablet for electronic documentation.
