Work Environment The position is held onsite at our outpatient office in Marlboro, New Jersey, where you will work in a modern, patient-focused facility equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation technology. The clinic fosters a team-oriented atmosphere that encourages open communication and shared learning among healthcare professionals. Here, the work schedule typically runs from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough screenings, evaluations, and diagnostics, utilizing established physical therapy procedures to formulate targeted treatment plans for each patient. Educate and train patients and their caregivers on effective rehabilitation strategies and self-management techniques. Deliver care across various age groups, including neonates, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations, adapting treatment approaches based on individual needs. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and facility standards. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes for patients. Monitor department productivity standards and strive to meet established performance objectives. Supervise support staff, including physical therapy assistants and aides, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality patient care. Engage in quality improvement initiatives, focusing on continually enhancing clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction metrics. Participate in departmental operational oversight, helping maintain schedules, manage equipment, and contribute to budgetary considerations. Qualifications Current and active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Master's degree or DPT is preferred.
