This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who enjoys orthopedic and sports medicine and wants to work alongside an experienced team of healthcare providers. For more than 26 years, our practice has provided comprehensive outpatient care with a collaborative team of physical therapists, chiropractors, physicians, occupational therapists, and acupuncturists. What You'll Do Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports medicine patients Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans Help patients improve strength, mobility, function, and return to activity Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and appropriate modalities Educate patients on home exercise and injury prevention Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with our multidisciplinary clinical team Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program New Jersey Physical Therapist license We will consider recent grads Orthopedic and/or sports medicine experience preferred but will consider motivated new grads Experience in a multidisciplinary setting is a plus Schedule Full-Time | 40 hours/week (Mon-Friday) Compensation $100,000-$125,000/year + Up to $12,000 additional annual bonus $10,000 sign-on bonus Benefits Medical insurance Dental & vision insurance 401(k) 80 hours PTO CEU reimbursement Professional development opportunities You'll have access to advanced rehabilitation technology including Alter
