Qualifications A Bachelor's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required. Possession of an active and unencumbered New Jersey Physical Therapist license, demonstrating a history of ethical practice with no sanctions. Strong foundational knowledge in various therapeutic modalities and manual therapy techniques. Proficiency in the use of EMR software such as WebPT, ensuring accurate patient record management. Demonstration of a commitment to ongoing professional development, staying updated on the latest in physical therapy practices supported by research. Preferred Experience A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, showcasing hands-on experience with diverse patient populations.
