Job Summary •B.E.S.T. Physical Therapy is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapists to join our team! We have a Full time position available in our outpatient office in Middlesex, NJ . We are a PT owned Outpatient practice proudly serving the Middlesex community for over Twenty-Five years, consistently striving to deliver the B.E.S.T care possible to our patients in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We are looking for a therapist who enjoys treating a varied outpatient population and wants to be part of a team approach to a growing community based practice. Serving Middlesex County with two offices located in Middlesex, NJ and South Plainfield, NJ. Responsibilities and Duties Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on personalized patient care Perform 1- on-1 Physical Therapy Evaluations in 45-60 min time slots. Time management skills to effectively treat 2-3 patients per hour Work directly with patients and support staff to restore function. Evaluate effects of P.T. treatment , establish appropriate functional goals and modify care as need to ensure continued patient improvement. Communicate patients' progress to other health care team members to ensure continuity of care. Record and document patient services in Web P.T. with use of AI. Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve patient centered care which always puts patient's goals first. Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred but will happily consider a new grad who wants orthopedic experience. Ability to build professional rapport with patients, family members and other medical professionals Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong leadership qualities Ability to work well as a team member/Supervise support staff Valid N.J. Physical Therapy license, CPR certification Hands on manual based therapy skills with detailed knowledge of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, exercise science & sports training. Advanced orthopedic certifications welcomed and compensated.
