Position Overview Raze Orthopedics, Inc. is seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time Physical Therapist to join our team in Monroe Township, New Jersey. In this critical role, you will be a vital component in our patients' journey toward regained mobility, improved function, and overall enhanced quality of life. You will leverage your clinical expertise to deliver high-quality physical therapy services, focusing on recovery, rehabilitation, and strength building for patients in an outpatient setting. Work Environment The position is located within our welcoming outpatient office situated in Monroe Township, NJ. This onsite role offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life. The clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and therapeutic equipment, providing a supportive atmosphere for both patients and staff. As a member of our growing team, you will have ample opportunity to collaborate with skilled healthcare professionals dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for our patients. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine specific needs and rehabilitation goals, employing both advanced diagnostic techniques and comprehensive evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient's unique circumstances. Administer cost-effective therapies aimed at improving patients' range of motion, mobility, and functional abilities while minimizing reliance on medications. Provide one-on-one care, ensuring that patient load allows for personalized attention (1 patient per hour). Utilize manual therapy techniques and exercise program design in treatment sessions to optimize recovery and performance. Monitor and document all aspects of patient care and progress accurately and in a timely manner, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as WebPT. Promote a healthy lifestyle by encouraging patients to adopt exercise and wellness habits that enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by consulting with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes. Regularly assess treatment effectiveness, adjust methods as necessary, and maintain open lines of communication with patients regarding their progress. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clinic serves a diverse patient population in need of orthopedic rehabilitation, including post-operative patients, individuals with sports injuries, and those managing chronic orthopedic conditions. The varying levels of patient acuity offer unique challenges and opportunities to apply your skills in a variety of therapeutic scenarios, making this role dynamic and rewarding. Qualifications Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution. Possession of an active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey, with no disciplinary actions on record. Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the ability to develop and implement customized exercise programs. Experience utilizing EMR Software, specifically WebPT, for documentation and patient management. Preferred Experience Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings, with practical knowledge of evidence-based treatment methodologies.
