Job Description
JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Clinical Director to lead a high-performing outpatient clinic within our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this hands-on leadership role, you will deliver personalized, evidence-based care while overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and driving quality, outcomes, and patient satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with referring providers, support staff development, and contribute to clinic growth. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive evaluations and evidence-based physical therapy treatments to diverse outpatient populations Lead daily clinic operations, including scheduling, workflow, and quality standards Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical and support staff to ensure high-quality care Collaborate with referring providers and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes Monitor clinical outcomes, documentation quality, and regulatory compliance Drive patient satisfaction, community outreach, and referral growth for the clinic Support staff onboarding, training, and continuous professional development Contribute to process improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices Required Skills Orthopedic and sports rehabilitation Manual therapy techniques Therapeutic exercise prescription Patient evaluation and treatment planning Clinical documentation and EMR systems Staff supervision and mentoring Caseload and clinic operations management Quality and outcomes measurement Patient communication and education Interdisciplinary care coordination
