What You Will Do As a Physical Therapist, you will: Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education Progress treatment based on patient response and measurable outcomes Build strong relationships with patients throughout their recovery Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with other clinicians and healthcare professionals Help patients restore movement, function, strength, and confidence Support for New Graduate Physical Therapists Your first Physical Therapy position should help you become a confident and capable clinician. New graduates will receive structured onboarding, hands-on mentorship, clinical reasoning support, guidance with evaluations and treatment planning, regular feedback, and unlimited continuing education support.
