9676901-07104 Job Description Make a meaningful impact in education by providing physical therapy services to students in grades K-8. This contract opportunity runs through June 17, 2027, and is ideal for a dedicated Physical Therapist seeking a school-wide, collaborative environment. The position is based near Newark, NJ, with service at a campus in Jersey City. Youll have flexibility of approximately 2-3 days per week, focusing on conducting a few initial evaluations (3-4) and then delivering targeted services informed by your assessment results. This is a W2 hourly contract role, offering compensation in the range of $56-63 per hour. On-site interviews are required to get a sense of the setting and team culture. Please note, street parking is available outside the building, but no assigned lot is provided.
Desired Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey Previous experience in a pediatric or school-based environment preferred Comfortable working independently and across multiple grade levels (K-8) Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with staff and reporting Ability to conduct evaluations and translate findings into actionable service plans
Responsibilities:
