Pride Health is hiring a Travel Physical Therapist - Home Health to support our client's healthcare facility in Parsippany, NJ.

Mileage Reimbursement Rate:

$0.49 per mile

•Pay package is based on an hourly taxable pay rate and untaxed stipends for lodging and meals & incidentals per USA GSA guidelines.

Duties:

Provide nursing care and monitor the overall health condition of juvenile residents.

Develop, review, and evaluate individualized nursing intervention and treatment plans.

Maintain medication inventory, including controlled drugs and narcotics, while following infection-control standards.

Participate in staff training, clinical/administrative reporting, and interdisciplinary treatment-team activities.

Requirements:
Education:

Doctoral degree

License(s): Physical therapist license for New Jersey state

Certification(s): BLS

Years of experience: 2+ years
