You will work Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic while dedicating your time to meaningful patient interactions. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical function, mobility, and strength, establishing tailored treatment goals. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that prioritize patient-specific needs for recovery. Utilize clinical expertise and judgment to modify treatment protocols based on the patient's progress and feedback. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation staff, to coordinate care. Educate patients and their families on exercise regimens, prevention strategies, and self-management techniques to promote overall well-being. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment efficacy, and other relevant clinical information. Engage in regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance clinical knowledge and skills. Patient Population / Client Focus Our center caters to a diverse patient population, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric individuals requiring rehabilitation services. You will work predominantly with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical conditions, neurological impairments, and sports-related injuries. Qualifications Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program. Current licensure in the State of New Jersey as a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing physical therapy services, showcasing proficiency in a rehabilitation setting. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation techniques and protocols. Strong communication skills enabling you to educate and motivate patients throughout their recovery journey.
