Physical Therapy Works is a partner clinic of Responsive Physical Therapy, with current locations in Point Pleasant, Toms River, and Oceanport. We are a growing, clinician-owned company committed to providing exemplary, attentive patient care in a lower-volume, in-network private practice setting. We are seeking a motivated clinician to join our team and to be part of an exciting time as we prepare to move into a brand new facility. We believe our team members should have the support and resources they need to provide patients with the highest level of care while creating an enjoyable, fulfilling, and rewarding work environment.
The ideal candidate:
Is dedicated, passionate, and committed to providing exemplary, attentive care in an outpatient private practice setting Values a supportive, collaborative, and team-oriented environment Appreciates a lower-volume approach that allows for individualized, high-quality patient care Is motivated to grow their clinical skills through continuing education, board certification, and mentorship opportunities Demonstrates strong professionalism, communication, and leadership skills Has orthopedic experience through previous work experience and/or clinical rotations Vestibular experience is a plus, but not required New grads are welcomed and encouraged to apply as we provide a structured mentorship program with advanced clinicians Visit our website to learn more about our team and mission at Responsivept.com .
