Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient evaluations, reviewing pertinent medical histories and performing standardized assessments to develop personalized treatment plans. Qualifications Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program. Valid New Jersey state license as a Physical Therapist. Clean professional record with no history of disciplinary actions. Proven proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription. Strong competency with WebPT EMR software for documentation and patient management. Preferred Experience Experience in orthopedic physical therapy, particularly in a home care setting, is preferred.
