Physical Therapist Brand New | Ortho Center Physical Therapy | Red Bank, New Jersey Ortho Center Physical Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Red Bank, New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about patient care, clinical excellence, and professional growth to join a collaborative, physician-integrated orthopedic practice. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, hands-on care focused on improving mobility, reducing pain, and helping patients return to meaningful daily activities. At Ortho Center Physical Therapy, you will work alongside orthopedic specialists and a supportive clinical team in an environment that values collaboration, evidence-based practice, and exceptional patient outcomes. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, treat, and manage a diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload while delivering individualized, patient-centered care. This role emphasizes clinical excellence, strong communication, and teamwork within a physician-integrated environment. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to assess impairments, functional limitations, and establish treatment goals Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic conditions Provide evidence-based interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, modalities, and functional training Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic policies and payer requirements Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture focused on patient success and clinical excellence Maintain productivity standards while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical learning opportunities Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active Physical Therapy license in the State of New Jersey (or eligibility for licensure) Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, physician-integrated environment Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and continuous professional growth Why Join Ortho Center Physical Therapy?
