This position offers the unique opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing high-quality care through one-on-one, hour-long treatment sessions. We are looking for an individual with either experience or a willingness to learn Pelvic Floor Therapy for patients of all genders and ages. We provide extensive mentorship, ongoing clinical support, and the opportunity for continuous learning and growth. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals. Utilize various therapeutic techniques and hands-on methods, to enhance recovery and improve patient outcomes. Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment protocols, exercises, and discharge planning. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care for patients across different settings. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards. Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development. Experience A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
Preferred but not required:
Experience or clinical rotation in women's/men's health Preferred but not required: Experience in pediatrics or a clinical rotation in pediatric physical therapy. Willingness to continuously learn and grow professionally. Strong communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
