Responsibilities include:
Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on manual therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation Guide patients through therapeutic exercise programs Correct movement patterns and gait mechanics Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs Collaborate with fellow therapists to deliver exceptional patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation This is a highly interactive role where therapists remain actively involved throughout each patient's treatment—not simply supervising exercises QualificationsRequired Active New Jersey Physical Therapist License (or ability to obtain before start) Preferred Orthopedic outpatient experience Manual therapy experience Joint replacement rehabilitation experience New graduates are encouraged to apply.
