This person must have good clinical reasoning and be warm and creative. Must have experience in pediatrics especially working with babies. Swim experience a plus. Competitive compensation and a pleasant working environment. This position is to start asap. Will train for aquatic therapy. Responsibilities Assess and evaluate pediatric patients to develop individualized treatment plans. Implement physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function. Educate patients and families on exercises and care plans to support recovery. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective discharge planning. Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
