Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to identify mobility issues or physical impairments related to injury, disease, or surgical recovery. Monitor patient progress meticulously, documenting treatment responses and outcomes to assess the effectiveness of therapy and adapt plans as required. Stay current on professional practices through ongoing education, workshops, and participation in professional organizations to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required. A valid physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey. Preferred Experience A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but recent graduates with a strong clinical internship background will also be considered.
