Key Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist at Atmore Physical Therapy, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Conducting thorough evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities, leading to the development of effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Providing consultations to healthcare providers to ensure seamless continuity of care for patients. Implementing evidence-based treatment interventions, reassessing patient progress, and modifying plans as necessary for optimal outcomes. Documenting clinical findings accurately and timely in compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies. Facilitating effective communication among the interdisciplinary treatment team, patients, and their families to ensure all parties are informed and involved in care decisions. Engaging in community outreach initiatives and participating in continuous quality improvement efforts to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction. Mentoring and supervising support staff, including PTAs and student interns, to foster professional growth within the team. Patient Population / Client Focus This role involves working with a diverse patient population across varying ages and backgrounds, primarily focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation. You will provide care for individuals recovering from surgery, sports injuries, and chronic conditions that affect mobility and quality of life. Your tailored approach will target not only physical recovery but also empower patients through education and resources to maintain their well-being. Qualifications To succeed in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure in Physical Therapy. A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in an outpatient setting. Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication skills. Strong working knowledge of electronic medical records systems and word processing software. Preferred Experience While not required, the following experiences are preferred and will be considered advantageous: Experience with multidisciplinary teamwork in a healthcare setting. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or other relevant therapeutic techniques. Experience in community outreach or program development. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary ranging from
USD 100,000
