Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and to identify their rehabilitation needs. Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate various methods including exercise, stretches, hands-on therapy, and the use of specialized equipment. Implement treatment strategies aimed at alleviating pain and enhancing mobility, while tracking and documenting patient progress meticulously. Regularly reassess and modify treatment protocols based on patient progress and changing needs. Provide guidance and education to patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and the use of assistive devices, fostering independence in self-care and mobility. Compensation and Benefits Blooms Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
