Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, considering medical history and performing standardized assessments to develop structured treatment plans. Communicate evaluation findings and treatment goals effectively to patients and their families, ensuring all stakeholders are involved in the goal-setting process. Implement treatment protocols based on patient presentations and validate their outcomes regularly, making adjustments as necessary to optimize individual care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary health care professionals to ensure continuity of care and address any changes in patient conditions promptly. Complete discharge planning in coordination with patients and other caregivers, providing clear documentation of the patient's course of care from initial evaluation through follow-up. Adhere to productivity standards and manage daily schedules efficiently while remaining punctual for meetings and patient appointments. Engage in community outreach and marketing initiatives aimed at increasing accessibility and awareness of our services. Contribute to departmental goals and comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards. Patient Population / Client Focus Our rehabilitation center serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, injury, chronic pain, and various neurological and orthopedic conditions. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide customized care that meets the unique needs of each patient. The Physical Therapist will play an essential role in advocating for and supporting patients as they navigate their rehabilitation journey. Qualifications A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required. A valid Physical Therapist license in the State of New Jersey is essential. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association is mandatory. Exceptional communication skills and a passion for patient education and empowerment are highly valued. Preferred Experience While 2 years experience as a practicing Physical Therapist is preferred, recent graduates with a strong clinical internship background will be considered. Candidates with experience in outpatient settings and knowledge of current rehabilitation practices will have an advantage. Compensation and Benefits The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from
USD 100,000
