Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop and implement tailored treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall well-being. You will work across inpatient, outpatient, home health, and community care environments, ensuring exceptional patient care through your expertise in physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Duties Assess patients' physical conditions and establish individualized care plans based on their needs and goals Administer therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and exercise programs to promote recovery Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning and ensure seamless patient transitions between care settings Educate patients and their families on physiotherapy techniques, injury prevention, and ongoing self-care strategies Document patient progress accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and maintain detailed treatment records Conduct assessments in various environments including hospitals, clinics, home health visits, and community settings Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, and other relevant fields Requirements Valid licensure as a licensed Physical Therapist in the applicable jurisdiction Proven experience working in acute care, inpatient hospital settings, outpatient clinics, or home health environments Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and rehabilitation techniques Experience with discharge planning, care plan development, and patient care documentation Familiarity with EMR systems and documentation protocols Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations including pediatrics and geriatrics Excellent communication skills to educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams Prior experience in orthopedics, trigger point therapy, or community-based care is highly desirable Join us to make a meaningful difference by helping individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life through expert physiotherapy!
Pay:
$52.00 - $65.00 per hour
