Qualifications:

Current New Mexico Physical Therapy license (required) Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations strongly preferred Comfortable providing both individualized and group therapy services Effective communication skills with students, staff, and families Strong organizational abilities to manage documentation and caseloads efficiently Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning experience for all students

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver physical therapy interventions to meet IEP goals Assess, document, and regularly report student progress Collaborate with educational teams, including teachers and other therapists Adapt interventions to meet varying student needs, both individually and in groups Provide recommendations for equipment, accommodations, or classroom modifications Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the educational planning process Enjoy the chance to make a meaningful difference during the school year, working alongside dedicated professionals and engaging with students who benefit from your expertise.
