Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Missouri. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. New graduates are encouraged to apply , and mentorship is available. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Provide therapeutic interventions, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training to support patient recovery. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies. Collaborate with healthcare providers and rehabilitation team members to ensure coordinated patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies and state regulations. Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure through the Missouri Board of Registration for the Healing Arts. CPR/BLS certification preferred or ability to obtain. Strong interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced outpatient setting. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
