Job Description

Physical Therapist |
Outpatient Orthopedics Location:
Santa Fe, NM The Vibe:
Autonomy, Clinical Growth, and High-Desert Living We aren't looking for a "cog in the machine." We're looking for a clinician who values high-level reasoning and wants the freedom to treat patients without the weight of an overbearing corporate hierarchy. If you want to spend your weekends exploring the Sangre de Cristo Mountains rather than catching up on endless documentation, let's talk. What's In It For You?
True Work-Life Balance:
Sustainable caseloads designed to prevent burnout. We prioritize quality of care over "units billed."
Clinical Autonomy:
You have the license; we trust you to use it. You'll have the support to develop your own niche or specialty program.
Professional Development:
Generous CEU reimbursement and a culture that encourages staying on the cutting edge of evidence-based practice.
The Santa Fe Lifestyle:
A competitive salary that actually goes further here, plus a schedule that lets you enjoy the art, culture, and outdoor recreation Northern New Mexico is known for.
What You'll Be Doing:
Performing comprehensive evaluations and creating individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Engaging in collaborative clinical reasoning with a team that actually likes working together. Guiding patients through their recovery with a focus on long-term functional outcomes, not just temporary fixes.
What We're Looking For:
License:
A valid New Mexico Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain one).
Mindset:
A growth-oriented clinician who values patient relationships and clinical excellence.
Education:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred). Ready to ditch the corporate grind? Skip the 10-page application. Send over your resume and a quick note about why you're looking for a change in Santa Fe.
